Lens needed to update the site's look and feel. My role in this project was to research e-commerce websites that look good and feel on-brand. A very important task was to drive their website visitors to take action and buy their products. The focus was to keep the design clear, clean, and simple—and keep the focus on the sale.
Lens, as a business,had stagnated, and was lagging significantly as regards to digital marketing and branding. They were first in the market in 1996. Their website was unattractive and not getting enough traffic.
To create an attractive site I researched their competitors' sites as well as other non-competitor e-commerce sites. We gave it an innovative look as well as chic campaigns to represent a leading brand in the online contact lens market.
