Overflow design support for marketing and creative teams
While your team logs off Friday, mine is just getting started
Overflow design support for marketing and creative teams — collateral, presentations, campaign assets, whatever’s piling up. I work on-brand and fast, plugging directly into your team’s workflow rather than working around it. And for US-based teams, there’s a real scheduling edge: I’m online Sundays and start my day 7 hours ahead of your time zone, so time-sensitive work is often done before your Monday morning starts.
How I work
On-brand, first pass
I work from your existing guidelines, not around them — minimal revision cycles.
Fast turnaround
Especially useful for launch decks, board decks, and anything with a hard deadline.
Two extra days a week
Sunday availability plus a 7-hour head start means less waiting on time-sensitive requests.
Case Studies
ISC — Multi-Brand Design Support
Worked with the Head of Design across several brands under the ISC umbrella, producing blog and LinkedIn images and carousels, battle cards, product overview sheets, monthly newsletters, flyers, one-pagers, and infographics. Also cleaned up existing presentations for webinars and internal use, keeping everything on-brand across each distinct company identity.
Chefman — Ongoing Design Support
Worked directly with the VP of Marketing on sales and product decks, often on fast turnarounds, plus with the Art Director and Product Manager on packaging updates and ad resizing. Two distinct workstreams, one point of contact each — able to move quickly on both without slowing down their team.
ResourcePro — Brand-Guideline-Driven Collateral
Worked with the Head of Design under strict brand guidelines, producing presentations, blog imagery, white papers, brochures, articles, and the company’s year-in-review. Consistent output across a wide range of formats, with minimal deviation from established brand standards.
Design team at capacity? Let's talk.
If your team’s drowning in decks, collateral, or anything on-brand that needs to move fast, I’ve got room right now.
